This system is for covering the rudder when you have a permanent and NOT removeble stabs at any way, for example, small planes or when you glue the stabs.
The CM Rudder Cover is being cut to the shape of the tail with stabs on and design to be a separated and indevidual cover with out our stab cover.
  


This system is for covering the rudder when you have a removeble stabs but it can be modify to except permanent stabs, for example, if you want to keep the stabs on the plane while you fly or when you put it in your van, but when you store it at home you take the stabs off.
The CM Rudder Cover is being cut to the shape of the tail with stabs off and design to be a separated and indevidual cover or attached with our stab cover for a perfect tail cover.

How it works? well... very simple but smart.
     
 
The C.M Rudder Cover™ shown above is in its close position ready to cover
a tail with detachable stabs.
You can see that this specific rudder cover, cover the whole rudder and
a part of the fuselage.

If you want to use the C.M Rudder Cover ™ on a permanent stabs.
All you need to do is to open the Velcro® straps.
   
     
   
Here are the Velcro® straps with our own design "ladder" sewing.
With this sewing technique you can cut with scissors the seems till the last edge seem
A ll that with out tearing the fabric and weakening it. this technique was develop to give more precision and easy adjustments.
   

   
     
   
The flap is open, now the permanent stabs can go through the C.M Rudder Cover ™,
with out changing the cover or use unnecessary cuts
   
     
   
Now we are ready to put the SB/SCS™ in place.
The flap folds on the Stabs, so this way there is no problem to put the CM Rudder Cover when the stabs are on.
On the right you can see the upper side of the SB/SCS™ reaady to be closed on the flap.
   
   
   
The SB/SCS™ is closed and the both cover are fixed in there places.
