The Bags/covers can be in a tolerance of a half an inche to 1.5 inches wider then the real measurements of the stab/rudder,yet they are custom fit to the pattern of the rudder /stab.
If you want the bags/covers to be very tight (not recommended) please mention it when you make the order.




#With the SB/SCS G2™ we sewed at the tip two Velcro® straps that you can narrow with them the tip of the SB/SCS G2™when you cover your permanent stabs.

#Stiffening the SB/SCS G2™ with the 4mm foam and using the S.T.T™ at the LE, to prevent as much as it can the deflection of the suface from going down.That is really helpful when using the
SB/SCS G2™ as covers for the stabs when they are on the "on" position.

The C.M Rudder Cover™ and the SB/SCS G2™ are working as a modular system.

They are attached together in a way that no other cover does, they cover the whole tail completely and with a very smart but simple way.

You can use them as a system that covers the tail with permanent stabs or YOU can convert them to a system that will cover a detachable stabs.
The SB/SCS G2™ will now work as two separated bags that can be attached together to one, like our DWS™ for the wings and the rudder will now be cover in a complete way.

This way you can enjoy the two worlds of permanent or detachable stabs, with no extra charge.
You like to take the plane in your Van with the stabs on, no problem the system works as a tail cover for permanent stabs.
You want to store your plane in your house or your warehouse because of place consuming, with out the stabs on, no problem the system now will become as a one complete cover for the whole rudder area and the two covers that covered the stabs will now become as two storing bags that can work individually or together like one.

This plane has a detachable stabs, but you can see that the pilot wanted the stabs to be permanent,
So... he is now converted his C.M Rudder Cover™ into a feature that can cover the tail with
the stabs on, also the stabs got now a stab cover insted of bags, this is why it called SB/SCS G2™,

You will need to choose between the two options and tell us.

The C.M Rudder Cover™ shown here is in its close position ready to cover
a tail with detachable stabs.
You can see that this specific rudder cover, cover the whole rudder and
a part of the fuselage.

If you want to use the C.M Rudder Cover ™ on a permanent stabs.
All you need to do is to open the Velcro® straps.

Here are the Velcro® straps with our own design "ladder" sewing.
With this sewing technique you can cut with scissors the seems till the last edge seen with out
tearing the fabric and weakening it, this technique was develop to give more precision and easy adjustments.

The flap is open, now the permanent stabs can go through the C.M Rudder Cover ™,
with out changing the cover or use unnecessary cuts

Upper position
Here is shown the SB/SCS G2™ as two covers/bags.
You can see the over flaps (2), the S.T.T™ we did for this bag too.
And the other shrinking Velcro® straps at the tip of the bags.
